The 1901 Farmhouse

If you’d like to stay on-site and extend your wedding day to a multi-day wedding experience, we invite you to enjoy our renovated Farmhouse! The Farmhouse sleeps up to 10 people and many of our couples have found it ideal for overnight accommodations. The 48 hour rental affords ample time for morning preparations for the big day. Makeup artists love the natural light in the 1901 Farmhouse!

Our beautiful historic Farmhouse is amazingly photogenic inside and out! Wonderful for “getting ready” pictures as well as outdoor candid photos and portraits. The Farmhouse grounds are beautiful with rolling fields and huge ancient trees and is perfect for outdoor wedding ceremonies and rehearsal dinners as well as stretching your legs on a leisurely walk or enjoying an outdoor yard game or two.

We finished a complete remodel/rehabilitation of this charming 2,405 square foot homestead in October 2018. It has a full kitchen, laundry area and 3 full bathrooms. The front of the first floor has been opened up to accommodate small events such as rehearsal dinners and brunches. The Farmhouse has 4 bedrooms each with a queen bed. One bedroom also has 2 twins.

The 1901 Farmhouse is an excellent alternative to reserving four separate hotel rooms in Concord or Kannapolis.
