I'm not sure where to begin because Carolina Country Weddings went above and beyond to make our day unforgettable. Melanie and her team were amazing to work with, and it's clear they genuinely care about each couple. What really stood out to us was that Melanie remembered couples by name months after their weddings – it meant a lot to us. They treat couples as more than just paychecks. Everyone at CCW goes the extra mile to ensure couples have the perfect day.
One of our main requirements was finding a venue that serves both beer and liquor, and CCW met that criterion! I was surprised how many places we looked at only offered beer or no alcohol at all. CCW even offered to buy new decorations for us, covering half the cost for items they didn't have but that we wanted.
The venue has multiple ceremony sites, and we chose the beautiful Wedding in the Woods site… and the photos turned out breathtaking. No worries about traffic or construction noise – the venue is peacefully tucked away in nature. The multi-stalled restrooms ensured no one had to wait too long. There were many places to disappear to for a breath of fresh air.
In terms of affordability, they surpassed other venues… What stood out to us was the extensive selection and variety of decorations they provided, ranging from ceremony flowers and drapes to tabletop centerpieces and even items we hadn't considered including.
I can't recommend this venue enough. They brought every dream to life, and we feel incredibly grateful to have found them. Booking with them gives you access to a client portal with helpful forms to plan your day, and they provide an incredible and detailed wedding timeline. We didn't have to stress about anything related to our venue – CCW did all the hard work for us. Thanks, CCW, for giving us the best day of our lives!

Carolina Country Weddings and Events was the perfect place for me and my now husband to be married. The scenery is gorgeous, whether you are getting married in one of their beautiful outdoor spaces or the rain plan, in the barn (which is what happened with us), Melanie and her team make it the most special day, as it should be! With so much for a bride and groom to stress out about, RAIN during an outdoor wedding shouldn't be one of them. Melanie and her team made it a stress free day with already organizing the back up plan to be set up prior to our arrival, even giving us the opportunity to make a last minute adjustment if the rain let up. We very much appreciated all Carolina Country Weddings and Events did for us to make sure our day was one we will never forget. I HIGHLY recommend this venue for the couple that is looking for a whimsical, romantic, naturally organic, beautiful place to get married!!

I cannot say enough great things about this venue. Not only is it insanely gorgeous, and even better in person, but the owner and her team are absolutely wonderful. Melanie and her staff worked really hard to make it the perfect wedding day for us and that is exactly how it went. Melanie was also very kind and responsive through the entire planning process. Everything was ran so smoothly and it was truly the best day of our lives. We are forever thankful for them and all their help to make it the dream wedding that it was. Whenever I was asked how wedding planning was going and if I was stressed, I always answered with “planning will only be as stressful as I allow it to be, so I simply haven’t allowed it to be”. What this venue and team has to offer is such a huge reason why there wasn’t even potential for me to stress during the months I spent planning. I had full trust in them, and by default had full trust in the vendors we chose, as several of them had worked with CCW before and have maintained such positive relationships. I would choose CCW a million times over again!

We had the wedding of our dreams at Carolina Country Weddings. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect day Melanie worked very closely with us throughout our entire wedding planning process. We used so many of her recommended vendors because she knows what she is doing. Melanie was always available when we had a question, when we needed small items like a extra vase or an easel, and to constantly offer ideas. Our day ran so smoothly with the help of the staff on side. I didn't have to lift a finger as the bride.

Wow! Wow! Wow! I don't think our wedding day could have been more perfect. Carolina Country Weddings is everything I could have imagined for our venue. We actually almost didn't get a venue at all because of how difficult so many of our options were to work with and all of their rules! CCW gave us so much flexibility and creative freedom and the Diamond Package was worth the extra money!
While the whole day was beautiful I am particularly grateful for our ceremony in the woods. It was everything I dreamed of and a cherished memory I will never forget. Thanks for the great experience and the most memorable day!

We truly loved our experience here at Carolina Country Weddings with Melanie and her team. The space is breathtaking if you desire for your wedding to be in a charming and beautiful outdoor space. We had our ceremony at the wedding in the woods spot and couldn't have been more pleased. Trees surround you so we really did not need much decorations to fill an already beautiful space. Melanie and her team are extremely detail oriented and do the best job at keeping the space looking carefully groomed yet still capturing the raw and wild elements of nature. They helped guide us along the wedding preparations with regular emails that included questions and ideas to think through before the big day. Melanie even gave out her personal phone number closer to the big day and was so quick to respond. On the big day, Melanie went above and beyond to help in any way possible from the first moment we stepped onto the venue to closing the door of our getaway car as we drove off. We truly felt valued and special thanks to Melanie and the entire team.
