No need to lift a finger on wedding day - our high touch approach to managing your wedding day affords you the luxury of enjoying yourselves while our team of caring wedding professionals handle set-up, tear-down and all of the details in between. We do the hard work for you.

When you book your Signature Diamond Wedding Experience with us, what’s included?

  • Your Choice of outdoor ceremony site including our larger Wedding in the Woods and the smaller Enchanted Forest

  • Reception in Fern Hall or al fresco on the garden patio under our festive market lights

  • Elegantly lit, heated, and air-conditioned reception space with finished floor and attached restrooms and bridal suite

  • Backup indoor/covered space in case of rain  

  • Temperature controlled Groom’s lodge with full kitchen prep area

  • 40’x80’ Garden patio with market lights 

  • Separate Dressing areas for wedding parties

  • Luxury temperature-controlled wheelchair-accessible bathrooms

  • Seating for guests at ceremony site

  • Round tables with tablecloths and white farmhouse cross-back chairs for reception

  • Sweetheart table for wedding couple or head table for wedding party

  • Tables for dessert, gifts, drink table, and/or bar

  • Six-passenger golf cart with driver

  • Five-hour ceremony and reception, receptions end at or before 10 pm followed by strike and venue closing at 11 pm

    • Saturday 12-hour access to the venue

    • Friday/Sunday 10-hour access to the venue

    • Monday - Thursday 8-hour access to the venue

  • Wedding Day Management

    • two 1.5 hour timeline planning calls

    • creation and implementation of detailed timeline

    • development of a customized décor design plan

    • personally designed layouts

    • Event team to manage your day

    • Event staff for implementation of décor design plan including setup and strike

    • One hour rehearsal with CCW Ceremony Director day prior to ceremony, time dependent on venue schedule

  • One on One design consultation with one of our wedding designers

  • On trend décor including color choices for linens, centerpiece décor, votives, table numbers, chargers, easels, signs, choice of fabric drape for ceremony arch, choice of ceremony backdrop at Meadowview or Enchanted Forest (wooden cross, hexagon, signature black/gold arch), ceremony chandelier

  • Six cocktail tables with color choice of linens

  • Complimentary venue access for engagement and bridal portrait sessions
